How long does it take you to fill a vacant property?

This of course varies by property type and price, but I am currently averaging just 3-5 days, year-round.

What fees do you charge tenants for placement?

None. 100% of my fees are paid by the property owner. The prospective tenant need only spend time to go through the process.
